Lisa Weller

Lisa has been tuning pianos since 1983.  She served apprenticeship under Sam Shliff, who was the piano technician at CSULB until 1983.

Since then, Lisa has continued to refine her skills working with many local technicians and also attending factory seminars. Lisa is a registered member of the Piano Technicians Guild (PTG) which provides continuing education opportunities through local monthly meetings, and annual regional and national conferences. The conferences include manufacturers such as Yamaha, Kawai, Steinway, and more; instructors gather for multiple day events. She has instructed classes at local and national piano technician guild events. Currently, Lisa is very active with both the local and national organization of the PTG.
